The DLC's I am using are as follows: Charlemagne, Conclave, Customization Pack, EU4 Converter, Horse Lords, Legacy of Rome, Rajas, Ruler Designer, Sons of Abraham, SIP 5 year, Sunset Invasion, TOG, The Reaper's Due, The Republic, The Sword of Islam, and Way of Life.

I don't think this mod is updated for the current version. The main AGOT mod has changed how the Kingsroad works. Instead of using buildings the devs made it to use province modifiers instead. That may be the reason you're having the issues you're having. Othran has said he's working on an update. From the sub-mod compatibility list, it lists 1.3 as the latest working version of AGOT for this submod.

Though the version that he uploaded a while back works fine with the current version as far as I know? What major issues are there with it?
