Duel issues - Can't beat mangled, severely injured fighters

I was playing as Robb Stark, fortunate to build him up to a formidable fighter, duelist and even beat Jaime in a Trial of Combat (mind you, PEAK Jaime)

We attacked the Iron Isles at some point (Bloody Vengeance CB), and were lucky enough to go head to head with the Iron Isles King Victarion. In battle, I beat one of his bodyguards as Robb and was ecstatic when I had the opportunity to go against Victarion, especially since he got mangled by trying to slay my dragon (yes, we have a dragon). But this happened.

These are Robb's stats

I am at my wit's end. I tried modding to try to change the result (I saved before the battle) but nothing, literally nothing helps. For some reason, Robb at full health can't beat a mangled Victarion. Can somebody please tell me what to do, what to mod cause I was looking forward towards playing a full Robb save. I barely get to play Robb without dying iin the first war; we've now lasted for 9 years and we have a dragon only to be killed off by some dude that shouldn't even be able to lift his arm.

From the traits visible in the images, Robb would have a approx 98.8% chance of beating Victarion, assuming duel randomness is default. So you were just really unlucky. The thing to bear in mind here is that save-reloading does not generally alter the outcome of a random event, which is a quirk of the game engine.
