Reaper's Due Holding Event

I've been trying to get the extra holding slot thing to fire for a while now, and even when a province is booming... I'm having no luck.

How do I fire the event manually?

This event is not present in the mod, due to the fact most provinces do not have extra barony titles set up.

How do you add more barony titles?

Also how does one re-add the event to work in the mod? I'd be willing to put the effort in for the provinces I would want to use. Since I've already customized a few dozen provinces as it is.

Then paste the vanilla event in rip_prosperity_events as it was commented out for the mod.
