1.5 dark healing bugs

dark_healing_crippled and dark_healing_disfgured_agot flags are set but they then never actually remove the correct traits, although the event text suggests they have been.

mangled, crippled and disfigured_agot can be healed under the remove_random_maimed_effect, but they don't activate the is_maimed_trigger, and so if they are your only maimed effects, they can't be healed this way.

I fixed this by removing the separate checks for crippled and disfigured_agot, and instead changing the check for the maimed healing to be or { is_maimed_effect = yes is_crippled_effect = yes trait = disfigured_agot} as I felt leaving the separate healing checks for crippled and disfigured_agot would undermine the fact that they are the rarest things to be healed by the remove_random_maimed_effect

edit: just realised I have now made it so the modifier of 0 ONLY applies when I AM crippled, maimed or disfigured...
