Yes I know AGoT has been updated to a new version. It's the middle of the week though and work so I'll be starting some work on it tomorrow when I get off work. Not sure how long the update will take though so will see. Tomorrow will prolly just be prep work to see how many files actually need to be updated and what not.

Late 2013 early 2014 haha. I quit playing ck2 a few times in there when it got too much, and a version or two I had somebody else update for me lol.

Just a heads up, was digging through the files to figure out what was causing the CTDs with 1.41. Turns out 3 files were the ones causing them.

They were:
landed_titles
stormlands history
00_traits

Hope this was somewhat helpful. After deleting these 3, the mod was able to work.

Don't use version 1.3 with the latest version of AGOT lol. That's like trying to shove a Cassette tape into a cd player. Eventually it might fit into the tray but it sure isn't working as intended.

Vanilla Event folder has 223 files
Congenital Event folder has 129 files

Of the ones that actually crossover (128 files), only 5 of them were last edited before my last edit date. Which means that trying to run my 1.3 with 1.4.1 would be using half the event files from 1.3

The portraits works fine for me, that's the only part of the mod i'm using right now

How do I just use the portraits? Is it as simple as deleting everything but the portraits in the mod folder?

Current progress.. Only thing that needs worked on now is the events folder. I don't know if I'll be able to finish it this weekend though so bare with. If I am able to finish, it'll most likely be released some time tomorrow late night GMT-8. If I'm unable to finish tomorrow though don't expect it until next weekend.

Sorry if you thought I was recommending to use the mod with the latest AGOT. :?

I was only trying to help by giving some info on the key files that are causing CTDs that need updating. Good luck with updating the mod for the latest AGOT, can't wait.

Alright at my limit for the day haha. Stupidly stayed up a bit late and I gotta wake up in 6 hours ugh..

Progress atm: 49 event files remaining. And I started with the largest files first so basically the remaining ones are incredibly small haha. Afterwards will have to do some quick testing to make sure the things not crashing or anything (I may have updated most of that stuff while drunk :twisted: ). Anyways gonna go pass out. When I wake up I have some things to do but only a couple hours worth then will be back to work.

Download an all that jazz are on front page of this thread.

If there are any bugs that are definitely caused by this please report them in this thread. DON'T POST IN THE BUG REPORT SECTION. However if it's definitely a vanilla bug you can send the bug report directly to blackninja via pm. He loves getting bug reports in his inbox (seriously) :twisted:



IMPORTANT NOTE: If you want to play century of blood, delete the following 2 files from Century of Blood...

AGOT Congenital Overhaul/interface/potraits/portraits_dragon.gfx

This file can be deleted. With it gone the weird glitch affecting female dragons will finally go away (No idea what is causing it), but the files also obsolete and no longer needed anyways.
