Able to marry Night's Watch and Kingsguard

Apparently vows aren't what they used to be as I was given the option to marry one of my daughters to members of both of those orders. I went ahead and married her to the Lord Commander of the Kingsguard, and she apparently inherited the Bastard/Divested trait from him. He eventually died, but the trait didn't leave her.

A- It is not possible to prohibit a character from marrying so this can happen. Although all these characters are infertile so it’s not recommended, unfortunately the AI doesn’t always heed this advice either.
