That should probably do it

Figured as much. I've lost half my night on this so far making sure everything is in the right place. On the other hand, it's not too difficult, since I used to mod a few games for fun. The tough stuff is already in place, and having a program to compare differences in the text is quite useful.

More often than I would like to admit... not so much these days though but when I first started yeah it was quite frustrating when one thing did not work and I could not tell why so out of spite I would stay up to try and fix it lol

Hey, it looks like Tem hasn't posted here in a while so I figure I'll offer a temporary solution until he comes back or something. I've also changed/cleaned the icon for legendary warrior, the folder has a bunch of icons I was messing with so switch and swap em' according to what you like!

Validator is giving me some strange issues with errors at line -1, no idea what that's from but things seem to be running smoothly.

Edit: Random sidenote, Legendary Warriors should work with trial of the seven, let me know if it doesn't!

Edit 2: Fixed extra "Appoint Kingsguard" and isolated tze's Kingsguard Ambition!

That isn't how that works, you don't use someone else's content under the impression that it is fine unless they object. You ask them first so I'm gonna remove your link until you either actually get tze's permission to use his kingsuard ambition or remove it from your mod.

Haha that's my bad, got really excited when everything was working last night so I uploaded what I had in a hurry :D, I'll ask for his permission and edit my post with a version without for now.

Also a question, since I have the edited "kingsguard.txt" that works with both, would it be possible to make a version of Legendary Warrior w/ out tze's mod and remove "kingsguard.txt" from it, and then offer this edited "kingsguard.txt" to tze so that it would be compatible?

Yeah that's fine, you can make two versions one with the modified kingsguard.txt if you have permission of course ;) :D

Cool, got permission so I've updated the post with another version that is a more modular LW that is compatible with tze's mod. I set tze's mod as a dependency so it should overwrite tze's "kingsguard.txt" with one that is compatible with both LW and Kingsguard Ambition.

Hey gosohard, thank you for updating Legendary Warriors. I do have a question. I use both Kingsguard Ambition and Congenital Overhaul and know Tem had made a compatibility version for the latter. My question is, would the Kingsguard Ambition version be compatible with Congenital Overhaul? I'm guessing not but figured it doesn't hurt to ask.

I used it and i get from Legendary to lvl1 fighter after winning a duel. I am using congenital, maybe that is the problem.

Yea, Congenital Overhaul is definitely not compatible w/ LW. Tem had com patches for versions previous, but a lot has changed since then so I doubt those still work. When I have more time I might make one, but for now no bueno. :cry:
